Challenge
Unemployment is still an issue but at the same time demand for resources is also at all-time high. In an ideal world these should cancel out each other, but that’s surely not happening. One of the main contributors to this anomaly is “skill-gap”, in other terms, a gap between expectation and reality. Companies want plug-and-play resources, but our education system fails to produce graduates that come out from colleges with the necessary skill-set to step in with immediate effect.

Nordic Academy, works with corporates, understand their specific requirements, designs custom program modules and train fresh graduates to make them ready for onboarding. We worked with Nordic Academy to design campaigns to spread the word out. We conducted workshops at colleges for them before pandemic. Post pandemic, we moved everything to online and conducted webinars and online workshops to build the talent pool they needed.
Result
A targeted campaign through social media and direct marketing channels got them over 2000 registrations in less than 18 months.
